Haiti: The murderer of Carlos Nérilus behind bars


Rusbert Lara de Leon is the name of the principal murderer involved in the beheading, Saturday, May 2, 2009, the Haitian national Nérilus Carlos neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Dominican Republic, according to information provided by the Journal Dominican El Nacional. The murderer, who admits to having participated in the assassination of Haitian 20-year-old was taken to the office of Colonel Rosario Guerrero.
